Make a Referral
When you make a referral through Simplify Coaching, we coordinate the process on your behalf. You can choose your preferred Specialist Behaviour Support Provider from the list below, or leave it blank if you’re unsure , we will guide you toward the option that best fits your needs.
If you already know who you’d like to work with, select them in the referral form. If not, we can help you make that decision during the intake and information-gathering stage.

Why We Collaborate With Specialist Behaviour Support Providers
These partnerships ensure that referrals made through Simplify Coaching lead to strong, safe and efficient outcomes. Working with SBS providers means:

✔ Access to registered Specialist Behaviour Support providers
These organisations meet the standards of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, ensuring compliance, safety and best practice in behaviour support.

✔ A coordinated referral pathway
We assist with introductions, share relevant information (with consent), and help ensure a smooth transition between teams. You don’t need to manage multiple conversations — we help bring everything together.

✔ Flexibility and choice
You are never locked into a single provider. You can select your preferred provider, or leave it to us to match you with the team that best fits your needs, circumstances and timeline.

✔ Continuity of support
Even if another provider takes the lead as the Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner, Simplify Coaching remains involved as needed to support communication and alignment across everyone in the person’s support network.

✔ Reduced wait times and improved responsiveness
By collaborating with teams who specialise specifically in behaviour support, we increase capacity and reduce delays, allowing support to begin sooner where it is needed most.
