My Vision

Everyone grows when they are seen with understanding.
Our vision is to build a community where support begins with empathy , where no one is measured by what they can’t do, but recognised for the courage it takes to keep growing.
We believe life becomes simpler and freer when we let go of what doesn’t serve us and make room for growth.

(Einstein once said, “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid.” We choose to see every person for who they truly are.)

My Misson

At Simplify Coaching, our mission is to help people grow by focusing on what truly matters: understanding, safety, and simple, consistent action.

We start by listening to the people who know the person best , family, support workers, and the person themselves. From those conversations, we begin to see the full picture of who they are, what brings them joy, and what gets in the way.

With that understanding, we use Positive Behaviour Support to design practical strategies that reduce harm, build skills, and create calmer days. It begins with a best-first guess , an interim plan that focuses on safety and the most urgent needs. Then, step by step, we refine, train, and grow the plan with everyone involved.

Many people think behaviour support is about managing behaviour. In truth, it is about helping people have a better quality of life so the behaviour no longer needs to happen. It is like learning to stop a punch before it is ever thrown. We focus on meeting needs, not blocking them.

Research shows that Positive Behaviour Support works best when it is implemented with understanding, training, and ongoing reflection. That is why we don’t just write plans , we coach, debrief, and walk beside teams as they learn to apply them.

Our mission is to keep support human, practical, and sustainable, so that everyone around the person becomes more confident, more capable, and more connected.

Meet Amir

My Approach

I identify as a lifelong learner, and I see wellbeing as multifaceted — physical, emotional, social, and environmental.
I don’t see people as a set of labels, but as whole human beings just figuring out what works for them.

There’s no “boohoo” and no nonsense in how I work. Either something helps or it doesn’t, and if it doesn’t, we keep trying until we find what does.

My role isn’t to fix people, but to walk alongside them — simplifying what feels complex and creating space for growth.
