Team Teach Training

Accredited training that builds confidence in managing challenging behaviour safely and respectfully.
Team Teach is an internationally recognised program focused on de-escalation, communication, and safe physical guidance within a rights-based framework.
Delivered by a certified Team Teach trainer, this course supports individuals and organisations implementing physical restrictive practices to do so safely, legally, and in line with NDIS standards.

PBS Training & Workshops

Professional development for Behaviour Support Practitioners, support workers, and team leaders who want to deepen their practice.

These workshops are designed for practitioners at Provisional, Core, and Proficient levels and count toward your continuous professional development requirements under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework.

Sessions are interactive, practical, and focused on building competence in assessment, plan writing, implementation, and ethical, rights-based practice. Whether you’re new to PBS or refining your advanced skills, this training helps you stay confident, compliant, and connected to your purpose.
